  4. Can I view Chinese courier tracking information in the package list?
    Yes. The system will display your Chinese tracking number and courier updates so you can monitor the shipping status.
  5. How should I fill in the declared value and quantity when adding a package?
    You must fill in the actual quantity and declared value of each item for customs and shipping safety. Incorrect declarations may lead to delays or extra charges.
  6. What should I do if the package is marked as delivered but not yet checked in?
    Please provide the tracking number and contact customer service. Once confirmed, the system will update the status or help you resolve the issue.
  7. What if the package was checked in but got lost?
    If the package is confirmed lost after check-in, the platform will investigate and handle compensation based on the protection policy.

  1. How long will it take to receive the package after paying for freight?
    Air shipping usually takes 5–8 working days, sea shipping takes 10–20 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  2. If I pay the freight immediately, when will the package be shipped?
    The package is typically dispatched on the same or next day. Holidays and peak seasons may cause delays.
  3. If I choose air freight, do I need to pay tax?

    • Free In: Shipper is responsible for loading the goods
    • Half In: Loading cost is partially covered by shipper and carrier
  9. What is the difference between volumetric weight and actual weight?
    Actual weight is the real weight of the package. Volumetric weight is based on its size. The higher value will be used for billing.
