Special Announcement:
1.The sender should truthfully declare the name of the goods. Any consequences such as false declaration that lead to customs seizure, return, or fines shall be borne by the sender.
2.Strictly prohibited export regulations for international express delivery: when the package is warehousing, it will undergo strict inspection. If it contains cigarettes (including e-cigarettes and other related products), alcohol,
alive animals and plants (including seeds), the warehouse will directly confiscate them; prohibited items such as bank card sets, combustibles, explosives, corrosives, illegal knives, weapons, fireworks, drugs or related raw
materials will be directly transferred to the public security authorities.
3.Purchase of Insurance:
3-1: If no insurance is purchased, the maximum total compensation amount for lost goods is 3 times the freight of the lost cargo, capped at RM 1,000.
Photos of the packaging and weighing upon receipt must be provided to apply for compensation and must be provided within 48 hours after signing for the goods.
3-2: If the wooden frame is damaged during transportation (no compensation if there is no wooden frame), the maximum total compensation amount is RM200. If there are fragile items, a wooden frame is recommended to be
used, but there is no guarantee that the items will not be damaged (there is no compensation for fragile items whether they used wooden frames or not).
3-3: After purchasing insurance (the cost is 5% of the value of the goods, and a wooden frame is required, contact customer service to purchase), if it is lost, the full value of the goods & freight will be compensated. Only loss
is covered, damage is not covered.
3-4: We refuses to accept prohibited items such as tobacco, alcohol, etc.
